Dorit’s previous careers as a graphic artist and teacher/educator for many years serve her well in helping her clients prepare their homes for getting top dollar. She educates her clients in a relaxed & clear way to avoid any of those surprises along the way so that the process of buying or selling doesn’t become the stressful experience so many others have gone through.
Dorit believes that the client’s needs are #1. She provides each client with individualized attention and maintains a hands on approach throughout the entire process. Dorit quickly becomes a trusted advisor and is there every step of the way. Although she has a wonderful supportive staff to maintain a smooth transaction, she will be the one taking your calls and answering your questions.
Personal
Dorit was raised in Los Angeles and grew up with her parents and sisters in apartment living. Although she didn’t have any official pets, her love of animals always found her bring home the classroom pets over vacations and picking up strays. She completed her Bachelor in Graphics at UCLA. She married her college sweetheart and started her family, which consists of three boys and various pets along the way. When her family was young, she purchased her first home in LA, but decided to find a more suburban setting to raise them. She found her way to Rockland where she has lived for over 25 years. During that time, she completed a Master in Teaching at IONA College and has held a Real Estate license in both NY and NJ for over 20 years.
Dorit has always prided herself in helping others behind the scenes, whether its donating to local causes like her local fire house’s “adopt a family” program during the holidays, animal shelters, or fostering four legged friends.
She enjoys her non-work hours with family and friends, her dogs, reading, arts and craft projects, and just being outdoors in this amazing part of the country she lives in.
